General Information

• - Tokyo Area Free of Charge for Delivery.
  - Delivery outside of Tokyo is charged accordingly.
  
  We provide delivery the day before your shooting and will pick up the rental goods the day after.
• We have a 5% discount for customers who pick their rental goods by themselves on day of booking. If customers come and return their rental goods by themselves after their rental time is finished an additional 5% will be offered. Therefore a total of 10% discount is offered to the rental price.
  This offer applies only if customers book their rental equipments the days before pick up. Same day booking of rental goods and pick is not possible.
• Customers who choose to use our equipment more than one day will be offered a special discount.
  
  1 Day use - 1 Day charge
  2-3 Days use - 2 Days charge
  4-5 Days use - 3 Days charge
  6-7 Days use - 4 Days charge
  8-14 Days use(2 weeks) - 5 Days charge
  15-21 Days use(3 weeks) - 6 Days charge
  22-31 Days use (4 weeks) - 7 Days charge

If you wish to use it longer than 4 weeks we will charge you based on our discretion.

Rules for Renting

1. If you rent the first time with us there will be a 5,000yen fee to pay and we require a copy of your ID.(To be sent beforehand by email)

2. Charges come into effect only for the days booked.

3. After delivery if customer cancels the booking of rental equipments there will be a 100% charge from us.

4. If the equipment is broken or stolen we will have to demand monetary compensation.

Studio Rental

We also have a rental studio available for our customers to use in Ikebukuro. This has been very popular among photographers and filmmakers. The studio has washbasin, changing room, and seats available.

Weekdays: Including the first week and third week Saturday
9:00am - 20:00pm---3,000 Yen/h
20:00pm - 22:00pm---4,500 Yen/h
22:00pm - 8:00am---8,000 Yen/h

Holidays:
9:00am - 22:00pm---5,000 Yen/h
22:00pm - 8:00am---10,000 Yen/h

Extended time will be charged per 30 minutes.
15 min early check-in is OK.
Studio rental hour is included for setup and cleaning up.

Discount Special for Studio

If you choose to use our studio we offer a very special discount. Because you are using our studio, the price of our rental goods will be half price. If you need an assistant for your shooting at our studio, our staff can help you. The assistance fee is 2,000 yen/h.
